The Capital Region Chapter was established in October 2021 as the first official Chapter of the Alumni Association. The Chapter accepts JSPS Alumni residing in the District of Columbia and the adjacent US states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
