Presentation Options for the MSF:
There are two options for Alumni Association members to present their research, a talk or a poster. To sign up, review the information below and submit the provided form. Submission deadline is October 1st, 2015. The withdrawal deadline is October 15th, 2015.
  • Talk
    • Abstract submission (TALK)
    • 15 min (includes the presentation and question time)
    • Applications for a Talk are competitive, since there is simply not enough room in the schedule to accommodate all requests. The exact number and who will be given the opportunity to present data in the form of a Talk will be decided by the MSF organizers. Abstracts not selected for a Talk are automatically moved to poster presentation
Note: Notification of acceptance will be sent after the abstracts have been evaluated by the each Scientific Group representative. The presentation of research findings is encouraged. Attendees preferring not to present their data may register as "Non-Presenter", which voids their ability to receive travel support; hotel accommodation support remains possible.

Distinguished Speaker Nomination:

Alumni wishing to nominate a distinguished US speaker should submit an Invited Speaker Nomination Form. More detail on the nomination process and the form itself can be downloaded here.
Deadline to nominate a US speaker: July 31st, 2015.

Note: Due to budgetary limitations, it is no longer possible to nominate a Japanese speaker.

Registration:
For regular members the registration deadline has been extended to October 1, 2015 in order to qualify for financial travel support.  Note that we have limited travel funds and the status of available travel funds is listed here.

For students, all available funds to support student travel and hotel have been claimed.  We can no longer support any travel for students. Students may still register and attend the MSF, however they will have to support their own travel finances.
