Abstract Submission


Call for Posters for the 6th MSF of the
US JSPS Fellows Alumni Association


The 6th MSF of the JSPS US Alumni Association will take place November 6, 2015 at the University of California in Davis. Attending Alumni Association members are invited to present a poster of their research at the meeting. In order to have your poster included please see the instructions described below.

Poster Format

  • Posters should be limited to a size of 3.5 feet x 3 feet.
  • The poster site can accommodate up to 20 posters total. Poster slots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Poster Abstract

  • An abstract for each poster will be included in the printed MSF program.
  • Each poster presenter should submit an abstract by the due date listed below by filling out the webform.
  • Each abstract is limited to 300 words and must be submitted using the attached form.

Due Date

Poster abstracts are due no later than October 1, 2015. Any abstract submitted after this date may not be included in the printed MSF program.
